2. Executive Summery

The Skyeye UAV has an “Easy to fly” intuitive and user friendly operating system, no previous experience is required when learning how to control and fly the UAV. Skyeye has swift vertical take-off and smooth vertical landing capabilities along with horizontal hovering maneuvers. With its short initialization and booting process the UAV can be air born in a matter of minutes.

In case of signal loss, weak battery or any other calculated malfunction Skyeye will return to its original take-off point or a predetermined landing point.

With the help of a hand held tablet or PC the operator can predefine a flight path for the Skyeye and change its path in real time according to the operational needs. As mentioned above the operator will control all UAV’s functions via a designated tablet/PC - i.e. take-off, landing, altitude, manual flight and maneuverability.

Cameras and other systems can easily be assembled onto the Skyeye and controlled from the ground station according the client’s needs. In ideal conditions the Skyeye flight time is recorded at 45-65 minutes, with that said changes in the UAV’s payload may affect its performance. All video footage is transmitted to the ground station and presented on a dedicated screen through the local DVR. The ground station is entirely mobile and deployable at any given location and all communications to and from the UAV is transmitted over an advanced encryption protocol for prevention of channel interferences.

Operational working communication radios stands at 1km and can be extended to 3-5km including the transfer of digital imagery.

10. Warranty

“Seller warrants the items ordered hereunder at the time of shipment to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and to conform to the contract specification. Seller's liability under this Warranty shall terminate two (2) year after date of acceptance or 24 (24) months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. Some individual products include extended warranties as stated in brochure(s) and extended warranties may be purchased as requested and quoted. Written notice of any defects shall be given Seller upon discovery and Seller shall promptly correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its option, without charge, either FCA Seller's plant or service in the field. After the warranty period stated herein has expired, some manufacturer’s and/or licensor’s warranties may still be in effect, and the Purchaser shall look solely to such manufacturer and/or licensor for warranty repair. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF SUCH DEFECTIVE ITEM AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Specifically excluded from this Warranty are:

a. Defects or nonconformance caused by and resulting from improper operation, maintenance, or storage of the equipment.

b. Items of characteristically indeterminate life, such as bulbs, fuses, etc.

11. Notes

Clear Cut will provide the proper training for basic operation of the hovercraft and its additional gear.

While supplying the product, the hovercraft will be tested with the customer to verify that the hovercraft is operational, the customer will then sign that all systems were\are functional and operational during all the training period.

12. Safety Limits

The operator is responsible for the flight of the hovercraft There is no warranty for pilot error Flying over a crowd is prohibited No warranty for battery failure during flight The operator should handle proper flight log each flight Good flight characteristics are rated for up to 15kn wind and can handle

up to 30kn. Working temperature with the hovercraft: -5c to 45c
