Intestine Cleansing Meditation

This meditation is designed to improve the function of the intestines. With better performing intestines your digestive functions improve and the load on your liver gets reduced.

Other organs benefit as well, but the liver benefits the most since it takes on all the additional work when another organ is not functioning properly.

So, since the eyes are connected to the liver meridian, lightening the workload of your liver through improving the functions of your intestines directly improves your vision.

As in other meditations, we also use imaginary warmth and coolness. By using these contrasting sensations you are causing the cells and capillaries of the intestine to expand and contract. This helps to break down and to flush out any unwanted build up.

Men may find this exercise especially beneficial, since the cleansing of the intestine decreases the pressure on the prostate and therefore improves the functionality of the male genitalia.

Approximately 4 hours after properly completing the exercise, you will notice increased intestine activity. To be on the safe side, I advise you strongly to be near a bathroom…

To perform the meditation you will gather an imaginary ball of warmth in the area of the appendix, which is located in the right groin area. Then you will imagine moving the magical warmth upward to the area of the liver just under the right ribcage.

From here you will shift the warmth over to the left side of your body to the spleen, which is just below your left ribcage. From there you will move it down, shifting the heat down to the left groin area, and then back over to the right near the appendix.

Next I will guide you to move the ball in a spiral movement through the intestines. As the spiral will get gradually smaller and

smaller, it will get close to the navel, and will then move outward again.

You will not change the direction of the spiral. You will just slowly decrease the size of the rings of the spiral, and then slowly increase them until the end of the movement.

After completing the movement with the warmth you will release the warmth from the appendix area, and will then create an imaginary coolness there.

Now you will go through the same movements with the coolness sensation. Along with the coolness you will imagine the whole area being clean and cleansed.

Please drink a lot of water after this exercise to help the increased intestine activity to release the unwanted particles.
