University Student Initiatives Customer Service Training Your role in serving the Customer for the New American University Employees need a clear understanding of how USI defines success and what standards of service are expected. This session will help you understand what is valued in order to behave in ways that meet the customers needs. During the training, you will learn how to: See customer service from the customer’s perspective. Build a customer relationship with a focus on service. Discuss “Standards of Service”. Understand the importance of being a knowledgeable advocate for Arizona State University. Model great customer service for your team! Key principles covered: Service, Attitude, Consistency, Teamwork. This is a two-hour session that will be offered monthly starting in September 08. Please call 480-965-7302 to schedule. This session is open to all ASU employees.
