تأسست رشكة يونيتك عام 1979 يف جدة، اململكة العربية السعودية تجاوباً مع النهضة العمرانية واإلقتصادية التي حدثت يف اململكة يف تلك الفرتة الزمنية.

إعتمدت يونيتك منذ نشأتها خطة اسرتاتيجية متكنها من التغلب عىل تحديات السوق من خالل تقدميها مجموعة متكاملة من حلول مواد البناء املتخصصة، ومن خالل توسع أفريقيا وعمدت اىل متييز أوروبا وشامل الجغرايف يف مناطق الرشق األوسط، إنتشارها
