Material Options Laminex Structural Grade

MR E0 MDF 18 and 32mm moisture Resistant E0 MDF board, factory laminated on

both sides.

An economical solution, recommended for low-abuse dry areas such as toilet blocks.

Available in 30 decors.

Laminex Compact Laminate

13mm self-supporting high pressure laminate based on thermosetting resins,

homogeneously reinforced with cellulose fibres.

Excellent resistance to scratches, graffiti, vandalism and water, for a premium level

of hygiene protection in healthcare environments.

Can also be conveniently hosed clean making them ideal for both high and low abuse

areas like showers and toilet facilities.

Decorated on both sides with a distinctive black core that doesn’t require edging.


Laminex XR Grade Compact Laminate

Ideal for the toughest conditions subject to scratches, graffiti, chemicals, water or

general impact.

Able to withstand acids, alkalis, corrosive salts, and other staining substances, making

it the perfect fit for hair salons, laboratories and other public amenities.


Partitioning System components

Panels – Divisional, frontal and nib panels come finished to size, ready for assembly.

Doors – Pre-drilled to suit concealed gravity hinges, indicator bolt, buffer and rubber

tipped coat hook. Polished edge standard on Multipurpose Partitioning Systems, with

privacy strip option available as an added feature.

Foot Assemblies (Standard System) – Durable anodised aluminium,

conveniently height adjustable with concealed fixings.

Skirt Mounted System – Durable anodised aluminium with a contemporary,

decorative skirting. Can be specified without a headrail for a clean freestanding aesthetic

with an overall height of 1800mm. For heights over 1800mm, a headrail will be

incorporated for extra rigidity.

Headrails – Slimline Anodised aluminium channels, in sleek round profile, exclusive to

Laminex Partitioning Systems. Mitred ends for returns.

Hardware – Avanti hardware, exclusive to Laminex. All fixing screws, hinges, bolts,

locking mechanisms and indicators are provided and separately packaged.

A bill of quantities will be provided to

by Laminex from the plan

•Bunnings will price up job as per plan

and present to builder for review

Ordering

• If quote is accepted, the stock will be

ordered

•Lead time for delivery is confirmed

by Bunnings

• Installation date is also confirmed (if applicable)

Delivery & Installation

Product is delivered to site supplied flat

packed

If Installation is requested, the date is co-ordinated by Bunnings Account

Manager with Builder

Sign off

•Builder review quote and check bill of quantities and

confirm finishes, including signed

approval
