Main Objective

Given worksheets and activities, the seventh grade students will solve basic algebraic equations (with a calculator if needed) and demonstrate their knowledge of basic principles with 90 percent accuracy. Each assignment will be turned in or completed by the end of each day.

The seventh grade students will be provided non-graphing calculators, but will also have access to an interactive calculator. It will be made out of recycled materials, react to movement of students, and speak the numbers when they are pressed.
