Definitions Management.
The process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.
Leadership. The ability to influence individuals, or groups, to achieve
organizational goals.
Responsibility. A task that cannot be delegated to another person.
Authority. The right to make decisions about policies, procedures, and
goals.
