Steps1. Cut brinjals into 4 sections taking off the stems into water.2. Heat oil in a pan.3. Add the brinjal pieces.4. Grind together green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric

powder and coconut. 5. Add this paste to the brinjals along with a little water. 6. Cover and cook until soft. 7. Garnish with a little coriander leaves. 8. Serve hot with rice.

Usability is “the degree to which something…is easy to use and a good fit for the people who use it” (Usability Professionals’ Association, n.d.)

5. Easy to learn—intuitive, user quickly assimilates necessary skills and knowledge
