ALTERNATE SOLUTIONThere are not many problems except the software not working to its full potential. This meaning that we are not able to assess everything the software is supposed to do. The current solution is not working at its full potential as it is really slow. The computer system that we installed all the software on to did not work to its full potential and it is not powerful. This gives a limit to everything that we are able to do on the computer/ machine. In addition, we also installed a very old OS on the machine, which makes it safe from viruses.

JUSTIFICATION OF SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

Installing this software will allow us to see the capability of the computer/machine. It will help us test the performance of the computer. I have installed Microsoft office to use PowerPoint to make a presentation. I have also installed many other types of software on the computer to help with my education. If the system on the computer or machine was newer and developed and had the latest hardware we would be to install a newer OS as it would be able to perform to work with the hardware.
