The UNIMIX system can operate in the following two ways:a. with fixed-point adjustment using a thermostatic head with immersion probe and adjustable

(30C - 50C)b. with adjustment of the delivery temperature in relation to thermal load variations. The

ped with 24 VAC axial movement motors (Article SRV 24) with pilot voltage of 0-10 Velectro-thermal motor (Article TE 3061), both of which can be piloted through the DHCelectronic adjustment control units with offsets for external temperature.

Principle of operating

Unimix is a mixing system involving the hydraulic circuit shown in Figure 2a-2b. The grou

Funktionsweise

Unimix ist ein Mischsystem, mit dem der Hydraulikkreis aus Abb. 2a-2b hergestellt wird. UNIMIX is a regulator unit that is able to bring theincoming water from the boiler to the temperaturemost suitable for a oor type distribution.UNIMIX is a state-of-the-art system, designed tomeet the current market requirements regardingfunctionality and installation. UNIMIX, in fact,features the following assets:

Modularity: UNIMIX can be used to supply asimple heating plant ( oor, wall or ceiling) orto supply mixed plants with high temperatureutilities such as radiators and towel warmers. As for the heating panel distribution, all youhave to do is connect UNIMIX to IVAR lowtemperature manifolds mounted on supportswith 200 mm centres. The system is thencompleted by adding an overpressure bypassdownstream the manifolds in the event youuse xed displacement or 3-speed pumps. Incase of a mixed plant with high temperatureunits, UNIMIX presents two differentsolutions:

1. High temperature simple manifold. Available with or without (straight or

angle) ball valves at the inlet EK o M 24 x 1.5 off-takesProvided with differential overpressurebypass and ll/empty cocks

2. High temperature shutoff manifold. Available with or without (straight or
