relocation of an agency of the state government to the University's mini campus.

At a meeting with the management of the University last Monday (July 20, 2015), a delegation of the Kwara State government, led by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Isiaka Ishola Gold, explained that the relocation of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service to the University's mini campus was a temporary measure expected to last not more than three months.

Alhaji Gold, who regretted the inconveniences and controversies generated by the relocation, assured the University authorities that the Kwara State government holds the University and other federal agencies in the state in high esteem and would never work to strain the relationship.
