nal Uptime service. In the past three years DCX has been in
business, we have sold Uptime to many clients of different
elements, and now represent tens of emerging and mid-size
companies. We have been instrumental in the way we man-
age client’s requirement through uncovering all details sur-
rounding their operation and bring to their attention the levels
of service required to sustain their operation in the right way.

cooling systems in datacenters are facing a “perfect storm” of
change: the proliferation of racks and cabinets increases heat
output, while the racks themselves grow denser thanks to
ever more compact and power-hungry network equipment.
The main challenge is: Yesterday, you had plenty of air condi-
tioning capacity; today, may be not…a single new rack can tip
the differences, and due to the speed of change, planning for
future cooling needs has become a lot tougher.

FM200 Fire Supression system, we offer complete range of
supply, install and maintenance services for all type of fire
suppression systems includes Conventional / Microproces-

UPTIME PLUSSpecial Service Contract for UPS & PDU Preventive Maintenance Service
Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) annual Preventive
Maintenance visit provides a comprehensive visual, environ-
mental and electronic inspection of the UPS and/or PDU
System to ensure that components are performing to defined
technical and environmental specifications. This service in-
cludes all labor and travel expenses with a 7 X 24 scheduling
upgrade option, including weekends and holidays. Parts and
replacement batteries are not included as part of this service
contract.
This service is available as a stand-alone visit or in conjunc-
tion with any service agreement from DCX CPCS. Multiple
Preventive Maintenance visits can be purchased in a year for
the same system. Main features and benefits of this service
contract include:
- Labor and travel expense which guarantee the client fixed
cost – provides service budgeting stability.
- Provide Certified Service Personnel which will frees cus-
tomer resources to concentrate on core business activities.
- Proactive Maintenance assures system will perform to
manufacturer specifications.
- Environmental inspection to verify the system’s surround-
ings to optimize the lifetime of the UPS solution.
- Flexible Scheduling Options provide flexible service sched-
uling options supports customer’s varying business require-
ments.
- Site Report that will provides a detailed assessment and
recommendations to proactively diagnose and prevent any
potential risks to the system.
UPTIME Plus Details of Service
The Uptime Plus Service contract provides Certified Electric
CPCS service personnel at the customer’s location on a pre-
determined scheduled date to perform the following activi-
ties:
1. Visual Inspection to inspect the UPS and/or PDU solution
to ensure that all system components are clean and function-
ing within designed specifications.
2. Environmental Inspection verify and document that the
system’s environment is within specified operating conditions
including but not limited to room temperature, airflow, dust
contamination, etc.
3. Mechanical/Electrical Inspection inspect all power and
control wire termination points as well as all UPS and/or PDU
system components.
4. Functional Verification check UPS and/or PDU event and
alarm logs. CPCS will verify that input, output and bypass volt-
age and current values are within designed specifications.

5. Implement Updates verify and implement all required Field
Advisories and Field Modifications. all circuit board revisions
