Flexibility in business travel is key – plans change, disruptions occur – in fact one in three corporate hotel bookings are amended. In recognition of this and to minimise costs for you, all of Corporate Traveller’s preferred rates include a flexibility clause so you can cancel between 2pm and 6pm on the day of arrival.

What is SmartFly?Our SmartFly airfares provide your travellers with exclusive benefits, included in the airfare. On premium economy routes with Virgin, Cathay Pacific and Qantas your travellers can choose from either:

➜ a complimentary lounge pass at Heathrow or

➜ a complimentary door to door transfer on arrival or departure from their destination.

When and how do I book a SmartFly fare?

It’s simple just send your request through via CT request and if it’s premium economy on Virgin, Cathay Pacific or Qantas then your CT account manager will quote the SmartFly airfare. When you confirm your flights just let your account manager know whether you’d like the lounge pass or door to door transfer. Your account manager with take care of the booking and send your voucher with your e-ticket confirmation.
