Assessment Update (10 mins)

• Non-Human Subject Research Determination Form submitted• Assessment does qualify as human subjects research.

Therefore, UCI IRB review and approval is required prior to initiating the research. • IRB form for UCI will be filled out soon  • Many issues involved with IRB process & I am

readjusting as I learn more• Not all campuses will be assessed. Who would be

interested in being involved?

• Antoinette working on an annual report for SAG2• SAG2 recently sent out an evaluation to Antoinette and

Cynthia regarding the Ask a Librarian Manager position

OCLC Updates (3-5 mins)

• Scheduling calendar is a work in process and Antoinette will be a tester for beta product• No replacement yet for Susan McGlamery’s position• Billing – Lauri McIntosh hopes to have numbers to me by this

week
