Laura Stukel is is a third-generaon Realtor® with L.W. Reedy Real Estate in Elm-hurst, Illinois. For more than seven years Laura has worked to bridge informaon about home performance. She works with groups such as the Appraisal Instute, Council of MLS and Realtors Property Resource®.

She serves on the Mainstreet Organizaon of Realtors® board of directors, and is authoring NAR’s Green MLS technical implementaon guide. Craig Foley is the Chief of Energy Soluons for RE/MAX Leading Edge, and a Co-Founder of inCharge Energy. Craig’s combinaon of real estate and energy management skills give him a unique perspecve about sustainable energy solu-ons. Craig was one of five people in the U.S. to receive the EverGreen Award by the NAR Green REsource Council in 2013.

CCraig serves as the Advocacy Coordinator for the MA Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council USGBC. He also advocates on behalf of residenal and commer-cial rate-payers with the Consumer Liaison Group of ISO New England. Craig serves as an Advisory Board member of the NAR Green REsource Council. He serves on NAR’s Land Use, Privacy Rights, and Environment Commiee.
