This kind of curriculum provides all the constructive material and authentic learning environments for reaching a wonderer condition, i.e. the point of asking questions and developing hypotheses.The graduates of ICs are working as researchers, following scientific procedures and science processes.

Conception of LearningLearning is constructing and deconstruction of knowledge for making and extracting meaning of the surrounding world. Conception of StudentStudent is an active constructor, reformer and transformer of knowledge. Conception of Teaching and learning processTeaching and learning are fully interactive and interlaced activities for facilitating building new knowledge, skills and attitudes. Conception of EvaluationEvaluation is a metacognition, self-evaluation, and peer evaluation tool.

A neutral curriculum is an impartial curriculum. This kind of curriculum just tries to present scientific, historical and social facts and act as an absolute sciences agent.The graduates of the NCs are disarmed people with changing and colorless ideologies.
