Activités du cluster
• Networking events
Ex : 9/11/211 :
Networking event "Smart Energy / Smart Grid », avec
Siemens
7
Activités du cluster
• Aide au montage de projets
Ex : Appel à projet « Développement durable »
(Plan Marshall2.Vert)

PV technologies in Wallonia
Concentrated PV + Tracker: production and R&D
Organic solar cells: R&D
Silicone PV : R&D, consulting, system production, installation
and monitoring
18
PV technologies : Crystalline SiToday, it is the most used technology
This technology is based on silicone wafers, different type of wafers are available depending on the cristallinity degree of the silicone

Production steps:
Example of actors:
Modules efficency: 14-22%
19
PV technologies : Thin film Different type of technologies are available for Thin film modules:
amorphous Si (a-Si), Mixture of amorphous Si and microcrystalline Si,
CdTe and CIGS (Copper Indium, Gallium, Selenium and Sulfur) or CIS (copper,Indium, Selenide/Sulfide)
Modules efficency: 4-12%
