c. The offer must be signed by the authorizeJ person of the firm with fullname, designation and official seal.
d. The bidders should be quoted the unrt price: and total price as per table,avoid erasing/overwriting. Also, total calcula:ed amount to be written inwords and to be signed by the Bidder.
e. The tenderer must comply with the specification, terms and condition oftender documents. Conditional tender will n,rt be accepted.
f Any kinds of persuation and promotional activities will be treatedas disqualification for the tenderer.
g The Bank authority reserves the right to a:cept or reject any or all thetender partly/fully without assigning any re€rson whatsoever.
