Since 2004, Mr. Nghia joined Truong PhuPre-engineered Steel Building and appointed as Vice Director. Starting his career by joining BlueScope Building, an Australian group specialized inconstruction and materials, Tri was able to gather a lot of valuable experiences on projectsmanagement and modern design techniques as a factory manager/ site owner. Hemanaged and be responsible for production, maintenance warehouse, stock quality andsafety, security of site owner. After working here for more than 9 years, Tri had taken partin project management of Truong Phu pre-engineered steel buildings. Stage 3: Weld StructuralComponents are welded by both turtle-welds and welded gates. The quality of welding is in accordance with design.Before welding, the preparation of welds should be matched to the welding process, scrub cleaned, and sanitary weld at both sides. Stage 4: Beam Straighten ITo avoid the phenomenon of curving due to thermal distortion,the process of fitting I and transportation between the space components, structures were put into bending by automatically beambending machine to ensure technical accuracy, after installation, matching in tolerance processing.Technical controller: 02 engineers follow up and check

Stage 5: Mounting Details. § This phase, components is classified into the bit cut adjustment, eight links, ribs reinforcement and other extra details


Stage 7: Hole DrillingWe drill the hole with eight links associated and the other details side by drill hole machine, ensuring the geometric dimensions of the hole does not affect the mechanical properties of steel. The drill holes are made parallel with the production of components.Technical controller: 01 engineer follow up and examination


Stage 8: BlastingClean the components with automatic ball sprayer (eight jets) with small steel balls, and big power sprayer to cleanthe surface of structural steel components.Technical controller: 01 engineer Expert Installation: Technical expert at factory

Stage 9: Paint Completing.Modern American painting machine, make sure the paint thickness is 35-38 μm / 01 paint. Before painting, the surface components are cleaned by wire brush or grinderProcess of painting as follow:Paint 01 layer stainless.Paint 02 layer completing.

Test surface and the thickness of the paint have the technical personnel in charge toensure the product meets the high aesthetic.
