Troiaresort owners privileges:Property owners wishing to be Full Members of the Golf Club should be exempt from the Entrance Fee but pay an Annual Fee (currently around 1,500.00). Property owners not wishing to be members of the Golf Club would be entitled to a 50% Discount of Green Fees (currently the rack rate is around 70.00). Non Property owners wishing to be members at Tria Golf must pay an Entrance Fee, as well as an annual fee.
