END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Ma'%*a0” means #rinted documentation information mar/eting materials informationmaterials whether aailable online or in #hysical form and whether accom#anying theSoftware or not and all ersions thereof and all co#yrights and trademar/s relatedthereto and.or contained therein% $n eercising !our limited rights hereunder !ou shallcom#ly at all times with all a##licable laws regulations ordinances and statutes% """reseres all rights not granted in this Agreement including without limitation all rightsto """0s trademar/s%

1% !ou e#ressly agree and ac/nowledge that the Software is licensed not sold by""" to !ou and nothing in this Agreement will be inter#reted or construed as a sale or#urchase of any co#y of the Software including but not limited to any use of a“#urchase order” credit card or negotiable instrument by !ou in connection with the

transactions contem#lated hereunder% !ou are not receiing any ownershi# or#ro#rietary right title or interest in or to the Software or the co#yrights trademar/s#atents or other rights related thereto% Accordingly !ou ac/nowledge that the “,irstSale "octrine” (as embodied in 23 U%S%4% Section 256 of the United States 4o#yright

Act of 2637 as amended or the e8uialent law or statute in any other country andunder international law) does not a##ly to !our ac8uisition of rights in and to theSoftware hereunder%

4% The Software is licensed for P%&a0 and non-commercial use of a consumer attheir #lace of residence only% 9o license is granted or shall be im#lied for any other use%

1# P%2*b*'*& /*'2 R3a%d ' '2 S'/a%% !ou whether directly or indirectlyshall not do or #ermit the doing or occurrence whether by action of failure to act of anyof the following acts:

A% rent the Software;

1% sell the Software;

4% transfer the Software or !our rights to use the Software to any third #arty;

"% lease or lend the Software;

E% share the Software through the use of any file-sharing system;

,% offer the Software on a #ay-#er-use basis;

% re#roduce or co#y the Software (ece#t as #ermitted by section & below);

A. The Software and all copyrights, trademarks and all other conceivableintellectual property rights related to the Software (including but not limited
