At Elements we take a customised and personal approach to your Spa experience. A carefully

chosen menu of treatments are on offer using our award winning product partners -

Aromatherapy Associates and Nailberry. Treatments are also available for guests living

with Cancer, using the Made for Life organic collection.

We ensure that everyone visiting Elements can experience the power of immersing

themselves in the natural surroundings.

spacious relaxation suite - all contributing to creating a haven of well-being in the heart of

* * *Refine and freshen oily and combination skin with this balancing facial based

on essential oil of neroli and orange flower water.

Distilled from the white flowers of sweet orange trees, orange flower water helps calm irritated or inflamed skin. In this treatment it is used alongside ylang ylang, to help regulate sebum production

and antibacterial lavender and tea tree. Skin is cleansed, exfoliated and then a deep cleansing mask is used to remineralise the skin leaving it looking clean, refreshed and revitalised.

There are twelve signature oils to choose from, formulated with natural plant and flower oils with wonderful

Aromatherapy Associates foot and leg massage and your chosen polish to finish.

ULTIMATE NAILBERRY PEDICURETime 75min

* * *This deluxe foot treatment is designed to provide the ultimate in foot care. Nails are filed, cuticles

are tidied and hardened skin is removed. This is followed by a deeply relaxing foot and leg massage. Afterwards, the feet are wrapped in an Aromatherapy Associates nourishing mask whilst the scalp

and shoulders are massaged. This is followed by your chosen polish to finish.

PREGNANCY* * *

Please advise us prior to your arrival if you are or think you could be pregnant as due to the techniques used and strength of the products adaptations may need to be made. Please note that only manicures, pedicures and facials are safe to have within the first trimester, for all other suitable

treatments you must be a minimum 12 weeks pregnant.

GIFT CARDS* * *

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, day spa packages or products, these can be an ideal present for someone special. Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be presented

to spa reception upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS* * *

As a courtesy to other guests we ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be subject to 50% of the treatment

cost. If you give less than 12 hours notice you will be charged the full treatment cost.

SPA ETIQUETTE* * *

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We ask that you turn off your mobile phone whilst in the spa.

SPA ATTIRE* * *

Prior to your spa treatment we would advise changing into a bath robe and slippers that are provided to allow for maximum relaxation. It is advisable to wear underwear or swimwear underneath although

we can provide disposable briefs if you prefer. Please be assured that all of our therapists are highly trained and your modesty will be protected at all times.

CHILDREN* * *

In order to maintain a haven of tranquillity children under 16 are not allowed to use the facilities. Proof of age required.

TIMINGS* * *

If your treatment is at the beginning of your spa visit, please allow 20 minutes to enter the Spa and to change before your treatment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS* * *

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, including pregnancy, allergies and injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your spa reservation.
