TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. (TRC) combines the talents and resources of severalpreeminent organizations that have been at the developmental forefront for some of the nation’smost unique structures. TRC is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee and has grown toseventeen offices with over 300 employees worldwide.

Founded in 1989 as a Structural Engineering Company, TRC initally provided supportservices to the Architectural community. Initiating it’s acquisition strategy, TRC strengthened thefirm’s capabilities through the presence of Jenkins & Charland, Inc., a Florida-based structural

engineering firm, and the purchase of H.Wilden & Associates, a Pennsylvania-based firmproviding consulting in the Precast Concrete Industry. Additionally, the firm has committed togeographic expansion with new offices in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana and Texas.

TRC has continued to reinforce its core structural engineering services while diversifyingand expanding services into site civil, transportation, and MEP engineering. In 2007, TRCacquired Kracor based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Most recently, TRC has broadened its servicesthrough the acquisition of Km2 Design Group. P.C., a full service MEP consultant firm. The firmhas been providing professional engineering services in the fields of HVAC, plumbing, firprotection, fire alarm, data, voice and video communications since 1985.

TRC uses a Global Delivery Model to effectively deliver projects on time and within budget.The support service groups in Bangalore and Chennai, India now consists of 165 employeesproviding a wide array of services to our structural engineers, steel detailers, and precast

concrete engineering group. By maximizing resources, expanding technical depth andbroadening geographic presence, TRC is capable of providing complete design services forstructures, regardless of size or location.

Mr. Ramanna is responsible for overall direction of the company in developing a worldclass organization. His involvement is primarily in mergers and acquisitions, internal growth andnew client development. Mr. Charland has more than forty-eight years experience in the design of municipal facilities,high-rise buildings, hotels and resorts, aviation facilities, educational facilities, libraries,correction centers, heavy marine, roads, bridges, building restoration, office buildings, industrialplants, parking garages, and practically all types of structures encountered in the field of civilengineering.

He was an active member of the Broward County Central Examining Board for EngineeringConstruction from 1976 until 2005, a past member of the Structural Committee of the BrowardCounty Board of Rules and Appeals, and was a key member of the Department of Community Affairs Hurricane Andrew Damage Assessment Team.

In addition to design experience, Mr. Charland has established and implemented a qualityassurance monitoring program to insure the highest standards of quality engineering aremaintained throughout the firm.

In April 2005, Mr. Charland was appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush to serve a 4-yearterm on the eleven-member Florida Board of Professional Engineers. In 2009, he wasreappointed by Governor Crist for another 4-year term.

Mr. Trammell serves as structural engineering manager with TRC. He is involved withspecific projects and performs all engineering design and management functions.

Mr. Trammell has extensive specialized experience in the manufacture of precast concretestructures. He manages multiple projects in concurrent phases. He provides guidance andassistance to lead project engineers, structural designers and works in conjunction with senior

drafting staff to produce contract documents. He has experience with a variety of commercialand institutional projects including educational and health care facilities, parking structures andoffice buildings.

He has been responsible for all phases of projects from the initial structural analysisthrough the final construction phase which includes construction administration servicesdirected toward field observations and shop drawing reviews.
