1. Content Design and DevelopmentReview and approve programme outline, curriculum, medium of instruction, course material and assessments; approve all facilitators/lecturers; provide inputs into admissions and selection criteria.
2. AccreditationFacilitate process for course approval by relevant local authorities; ensure compliance of content, delivery methods and assessment with standards and levels of the country and regulatory bodies.
3. Quality AssuranceMonitor delegate/student/learner performance; monitor and evaluate course delivery and assessment; provide inputs for enhancements.
4. Delegate/Student/Learner AdministrationApprove delegates/students/learners for registration.
5. AssessmentJointly evaluate and approve assessments/tests with other parties.
6. CertificationAward certificates; participate in certificate ceremony.
7. PromotionTo promote the training centreregionally and nationwide.
