REFUNDS •Refunds are not permitted for any unused items in the SSH package unless the cause of the non-utilisation was due to a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir flight delay or disruption. •All applications for refunds with valid reasons must be made within 3 months of the date of cancellation. No refund will be processed after this period. •Tradewinds reserves the right to charge the cancellation/no-show fees to the agency. Before authorising are fund, please ensure you check with Tradewinds for the approval. HOW TO CANCEL CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • To cancel the entire SSH booking, please email Tradewinds at tradewinds_ssh@singaporeair. com.sg instead of cancelling through GDS in order to avoid synchronization issues. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no-shows are subject to a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s stay. This cancellation charge will be recharged to the MCO, vMPD or EMD number indicated in the APAX field of PNR.
