¿What is Travel 2.0? Applied to the user (traveller)
It is the verticalization of the web2.0 concept applied totourism where the relationship between the enterprise andthe traveller has changed dramatically.
When a client has to decide where to go and where tostay, comments by other clients give a more reliableopinion than any other agents.
Technology and the web has made this possible, as thisnew practice is very similar to customer testimonials. Travel 2.0 could be defined as the “Word of MouthTechnology”.
