    1. ADVERTISMENT: ADVERTISING THE COMPANY IN MAGAZINES,NEWSPAPERS, TELEVISION, RADIO, HOARDINGS ALL OVER THECITY ETC. -50 LAKHS

    2. PURCHASE OF CARS: WE WILL PURCHASE CARS IN THE PRICERANGE OF 3 TO 5 LAKHS WE WILL USE 5 CRORES ON THIS.THUSWE WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE AROUND 110 CARS.

    3. MAINTENANCE: AROUND 1 CRORE WILL BE USED IN THEMAINTENANCE OF THE CARS AND FOR FUELING THEM WTHCNG. THIS ALSO MEANS THAT WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALFRIENDLY.THE OTHER EXPENSES OF FUEL WILL BE TAKEN CAREOF FROM THEPROFITS EARNED.

    also evenly placed when it comes to the twomain stations like Kurla and Santacruz.

    It has another advantage i.e. it can meet theneeds of the customers on both the centraland the western line.

    Strengths: the strengths of our company will bethat we are the first company providing publictransport at such a low rate. To add to that weare not only providing services that the other

    companies are providing we are also providingpublic transport, car renting services etc.

    Weaknesses: the weaknesses are that there is alot of competition in the market already and the

    are already at a position far ahead as comparedto us. To reach their level will take both time anda lot of financing.

    Opportunities; the opportunities for ourcompany is that there are a lot of problemsgoing on with the auto rickshaw and taxifares and meters and cause of the low pricewe can enter the market and do well.

    Threaths ; the main threats are bankruptcy,competitors, and new entrants.
