Cancellation:Cancellationscanbemadefreeofchargewithoutspecifyingreasonsupto4weeksbeforethestartoftheevent.Inthecaseofcancellationsmadewithin4weeksbeforethestartoftheevent,theparticipationfeethathasalreadybeenpaidwillbereimbursedlessacancellationfeeof20%oftheeventfee.Ifacancellationismadewithin2weeksbeforethestartoftheevent,theentireparticipationfeewillbecharged.Cancellationfeeswillnotbechargedifasubstituteparticipantislistedinthecontract.Thefulleventfeewillbechargedifparticipantsdonotattendandhavenotprovidednoticeofcancellationinadvance.Cancellationsmustbesubmittedinwriting.
