WORK EXPERIENCE Laboratory Main responsibilities: - Operated many devices such as: Sterilizer, centrifuge, microscope,... - Processed some dishes from meat, fish, milk, vegetables,... in the industrial process. - Carried out lots of experiments about microbiology, fermentation, food analysis,... require high accuracy. Recognition and Gains: - Created safe products for consumers. - Used fluently many devices in Lab. - Be patient with difficult and meticulous experiments. Achievement: - Participated in writing an science article published in The 3rd International Conference on Green Technology and Sustainable Development: Screening on antioxidant activities of by – products from vegetables and fruits in Tay Nguyen region and applying for shrimp cold processing. Internship in QC staff Main responsibilities: - Implemented all of the processes in the production line of frozen fillets with workers. - Computed payroll for workers. Achievements and skills gained: - Understood the activities of workers in each line and in the factory. - Knew how to handle a number of incidents in specific situations such as failed product, gas leak, hygiene problems,... - Learned how to communicate with workers.
