With an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad, a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Life Coach, Nasreen brings in the learnings from varied dimensions. With over 23 years of varied experience - as an employee, entrepreneur, head of different business functions, consultant,

trainer and life coach - she is currently HR Advisor and Coach, Team Computers (P) Ltd and Director, Catalysts.

Nasreen is also on the Panel of Trainers for National HRD Network and All India Management Association and has been a nominated Consultant for Training to the Income Tax Department of India.

Certifications

It’s a 3 day Comprehensive Non-residential Program. The workshop covers the entire range of activities- beginning with understanding the participants, design & development of contents & effective delivery of training program. Participants would not only know the various aspects of training but also have greater con�den e in handling participants.

Methodology

The workshop has two phases.

Phase I :- Three days workshop Phase II:- Certification process.

Participants can choose to only attend the three day's workshop (Phase I) or to follow-up the workshop by certification process (Phase II). Those attending the workshop (Phase I) will be given a Certificate of Participation for Training the Trainer Workshop issued by National HRD Network. Those going through the certification process (Phase II) successfully will be given "CERTIFIED TRAINERS CERTIFICATES BY NHRDN"
