Application of the technical base in an tactical en-vironment. Working with the system IDEA (Identi-fication, Decision, Evasion, Arrest) and integration of 3Dcom.One hand shooting and manipulations, transport and protection situations, shooting and disfunc-tion drill under pressure, partial covered targets, shooting during movements, weapon transition and emergency reactions are course contents. Advanced technics combined with szenarios, deci-sion drill and force - to - force exercises. This course is the application of the very high tech-nical level 3 base course in real world situations.
SHOTGUN - AOP 2-DAY COURSEADVANCED OPERATOR PROGRAM
This courses are adapted to clients engagementrequirements like:
• Low light shooting • IAT (Immediate Action Techniques)• Entry techniques• Injured shooting • CQC / CQB, searching rooms• Patrol technics• Car defense & convoy protection• Maritime engagement

After passing the base and advanced courses, you can be trained as an professional shotgun in-structor. We impart the knowlegde of instruction concept and basics, instructor competence and instruction base and the capabilities of testing and reviewing. After you’ve learned the instruction technics, you will put them in application, follow-ing the “train - the - trainer“ - system. An advanced level course is also tailored for project leaders.

SHOTGUN - ICP 5-DAY COURSEINSTRUCTOR COURSE PROGRAM
The shotgun combines firepower and the possibility of using a whole range of different ammunitions, adapted to the engagement. The shotgun can easily be operated by one man, but handling and ammunition organization must be trained. The variability of the ammunition makes the shotgun to a perfect tool for police, military, protection and riot control engagements. The handling of a shotgun looks easy, but it is one of the biggest failure sources, specially in stress situations like we meet them in professional operating unit tasks. B&T is proud to offer a series of training programs geared to any environment that a user may want to operate in with a shotgun.The training courses offered by B&T can be tailored to meet any mission requirements, unit size and available range facilities. Our instructors are certified and have experience in many countries all over the world dealing with many different cultures, environments and skill levels. They will be able to significantly increase the proficiency and effectiveness of any operator in a safe yet challenging environment.
Our systems of shooting instruction is based on 3 levels (+ instructor course program): basic, advanced and engagement courses.
On each level, there are courses with different contents for individuals, buddy teams and groups (collective). With this structure we meet the requirements of authorities and professional weapon operators.

The shotgun basics for authorities and profes-sionals: safety - security - hits, combined with first tactical aspects. Including ammuntion knowledge and first echolon maintenance.
Self defense course with emergency reactions, 3rd party hazards, covered targets, weapon pro-tection, including 3D communication and en-gagement aspects.
Communicate - move - shoot with the aspects of proportionality. This is the highest level of tech-nical shooting for authorities, with integration of tactical elements.
