BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Trade Links & Services Co. LLC was established in 1987 as the Trading Division of Civil Contracting Co.

LLC. It is now part of the Ali Mirza Group of Companies, a premier business house in the Sultanate of

Oman.

The Company combines technology with expertise, with a team of highly qualified, experienced

engineers well-versed in the different specifications commonly used in the Sultanate of Oman and

other Gulf Countries.

Over the years, Trade Links has grown to become one of the largest stockiest of material for overhead

transmission lines, power and control cables, transformers and other electrical items. Good

connections with various companies across the world and an efficient distribution network in Oman

allow them respond to client needs for any electrical products quickly and efficiently. Today, they are

one of Oman’s most successful trading companies with an annual turnover of approximately US $ 150

Million per year.

Trade Links has also made inroads into the Building Services Sector by providing all electrical materials

(wires, wiring accessories, conduits and accessories, fans, light fittings), in association with world-

renowned manufacturers. Trade Links stretched its arms to interior decoration, waterproofing, fire

fighting fields, lighting & home decoration and now in food service equipment also.

With a warehousing facility in approximately 35,000 sq.mt, Trade Links has become a one-stop-shop

for customers for all types of electrical project requirements.

FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT DIVISION

INTRODUCTION

The mission is to provide the customer with the finest engineering in Food Service Equipment

with proper education & regular interaction and considering this, TLS has introduced the Food

service equipment division in 2012.

The objective of this division is Engineering Food Services i.e. from designing to planning, from

procurement to execution and from installation & commissioning to after sales services for

reaching up-to the expectation of our customers.

The vision of the Company is to be recognized as a major supplier in the Hospitality sector for

quality products and operations extending to all segments of the market through wide

product acceptability coupled with strong after-sales service support

In Food Service Equipment we cover all kind of Cooking, Refrigeration, warewashing, food

processing, beverage, ice making, tailor made equipment & Laundry Equipment from US and

European origins.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

We, TLS have experienced and trained service engineers who can diagnose and resolve the

issues in limited calls to provide best after sales services 24 x 7 to our customers.
