By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and

Conditions.

If you fail to follow these Terms and Conditions in full, you may be disqualified from participating in this

Promotion.

Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd Trade-in campaign

Participation

To participate in this Promotion, you must be:

• A consumer (i.e. buying the new DYSON product for your own personal use and not in

connection with any trade, business or profession).

To participate in this Promotion, you must:

• Visit a participating store with your old Vacuum Cleaner or Fan;

• Choose a DYSON product;

• Hand over your old Vacuum Cleaner/Fan to a member of staff at the participating store and

purchase the new DYSON you have chosen less the 15% Discount.

You must trade in your Vacuum Cleaner/Fan and purchase a new DYSON’s product at the same

time. Old Vacuum Cleaner/Fan handed over after you have purchased a new DYSON is not qualified for

the Discount.

To qualify for this Promotion:

• You acknowledge that Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd (or a third-party on behalf of DYSON) will

remove (permanently) all plastic, metal & electronic scrap from the old Vacuum cleaner/Fan it

receives under this Promotion. Visionary Solutions will be free to donate proceeds of the recycle

drive to any charity of their choice.

Title & ownership

You must own the vacuum cleaner/Fan that you are trading in, and you hereby warrant that you

do. You must not trade in, or attempt to trade in, any vacuum/fan (or any other item) that is not owned

by you.

Promotion

This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer promoted

or managed by all participating stores.

The Discount will apply to the purchase price of the new DYSON as set by Visonary Solutions Sdn

Bhd. No cash will be issued.

Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to:

• Cancel and withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice; and amend these Terms and

Conditions at any time without notice.
