INTRODUCTION NR LINK OPTIMUM Test Gear has been used by the TM’s TOLLGATE

team since July 2007. There are two types of test gear:

NR LINK OPTIMUM NR LINK OPTIMUMII (OPII)

NR LINK OPTIMUM II is a handheld tester that can do service verification and first level troubleshooting ADSL/ADSL2/2+ services at any point (in between Access Network and CPE).

CAUTION

Operational time is estimated around 3 hours with continuously ON.

Prior to first time use, please ensure that the battery is charged for 8 hours minimum

Use ONLY the specified charger Model 3P10-L1004 (included with the device

While charging, the device MUST be completely SWITCHED-OFF

Use the device only with battery securely connected

The charging time is about 4 hours.

When battery is at the critical level, the low battery warning will be display at LCD and LED will blink in red.

Please do not leave the batteries inside when the test gear is not used for more than 5 days.
