Upon motion of Selectman Knowlton and seconded by Selectman Hoss the board unanimously approved the minutes of April 9, 2015. 3. Upon motion of Selectman Knowlton and seconded by Selectman Hoss the board unanimously approved the following town meeting call and resolution: • TOWN OF STAFFORD WARNING OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING Wednesday May 6, 2015 Electors and those persons eligible to vote in town meetings of the Town of Stafford, Connecticut, are hereby warned and notified that a Special Town Meeting will be held in the Stafford Community Center, Senior Center Room, Stafford Springs, Connecticut, on May 6,2015 at 7:00P.M. for the following purpose : 1. To approve the Town of Stafford budget in the amount of $40,296,885 as approved and recommended by the Board of Finance for the fiscal year beginning July I, 2015 and ending June 30,2016. 2. To appropriate the funds necessary to administer the Town of Stafford FY 2015-2016 budget as approved. 3. To set the hours for voting at referendum on May 13, 2015. Said hours to be 6:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. 4. To approve two semi-annual installments on the Town of Stafford real estate list, motor vehicle list, and personal property list of October I, 2014, payment due July I, 2015 and January I, 2016 . the Town Meeting properly noticed for May 6 2015 at 700 PM at the Stafford Community
Center Stafford Springs Connecticut for submission to the voters at a referendum to be held on
May 132015 between the hours of 1200 Noon and 800 PM in the Stafford Public Library 10
Levinthal Run Stafford Springs Connecticut Persons qualified to vote in Town Meetings who
are not electors shall also vote in the Stafford Public Library Absentee ballots will be available

projects at Town facilities at 10 11 and 21 Levinthal Run 145 Orcuttville Road and 80 Upper Road a agreement to finance the appropriation (the Resolution) and
WHEREAS additional solar can be completed within the $17000000 appropriation at additional Town facilities located at 144 West Road21 Lyons Road 3 Buckley Highway 210 East Street 1 Main Street 153 West Stafford Road 9 Colburn Road and 256 Orcuttville Road (collectively the Additional Locations)
RESOLVED
1 That to appropriate $17000000 the purchase and installation of solar and VH-ltU-H

4 (the Resolution) is hereby amended to include Additional Locations
