Questions for Discussion

What sections can the departure services be divided? How to deliver a impressive farewell speech? Does seeing-off service require much mind-set? How long does a tour guide have to verify

flight/train/ship tickets? Does a entry-level tour guide need more recognition

than a veteran one? Why is it important to solicit advice from the guests? Why is a farewell speech as a welcome speech?
