Polyurethane Films

The inspire brand of breathable, bacterial barrier

polyurethane films are specifically developed

for professional wound care products. Adhesive

coated films including pattern coated materials are

available with a range of adhesive properties.

Polyurethane Foams

The inspire brand of polyurethane foams are

developed for professional wound care products

where soft cushioning, insulation and ease of

application are required.

Conductive Films

The inspire brand of conductive films are

developed for the medical electrode market

and find use in TENS and ECG (EKG) electrodes,

biosensors or biofeedback devices, for example

EMG, EEG, EDA and HRA.

With ISO-certified manufacturing facilities in Europe

and the USA, both having multiple coating lines,

cleanrooms and laboratories, along with sheeting

Our strat-fx Optically Clear Adhesive Film is a

free-standing, pressure sensitive, bonding film

designed specifically for laminating both smooth

and rough substrates. Its cleanliness, durability and

high optical transmission make it effective for use

in capacitive touch screens, rear projection screen,

graphic overlays and other applications where

adhesion and optical clarity are crucial.

Our strat-fx Optically Clear Adhesive film is an

unsupported adhesive, encapsulated with two high

quality differential release liners. During lamination

to glass or plastic surfaces, the adhesive ‘flows’

into the laminated surfaces topography eliminating

air gaps or bubbles. These adhesive products are

custom designed to OEM / end user requirements

and can be manufactured in thicknesses from 1mil

to 7mils, a wide range of coated and slit widths,

and can be custom formulated to achieve specific

properties.

Coveris Advanced Coatings has a 10,000sqft

lab, pilot facilities and a full staff of chemists,

engineers and analytic professionals to assist in the

development and refinement of custom adhesive

products.

reflex is a range of high grade overlay films

developed to meet the exacting requirements

of Screen Printers, Membrane Touch Switch and

Fascia-panel manufacturers and their end users.
