The Committeewill providerecommendationsn respect f anyprojects nder he ollowinghreemutuallyexclusiveategories:-

    (a) Recommended(b) Deferred for considerationn the next or future meetingas may bespecifiedn the Committee eliberations,fter submission f requiredadditionalnformationo be urther eviewed/examinedy he EACI.(c) Rejectedalongwith easonsor rejection].(iv) A site visit as part of the appraisal rocessmay be undertaken here tconsidered ecessaryor reasons o be recorded y the Committee, ith he priorapproval f the Ministry. he sitevisit eamshallcomprise f not more han hreemembers.
