Schedule Tasks on Your Calendar

First schedule all “A” tasks, followed by “B” tasks, then “C” tasks.

Use the same color you used on your task list to highlight the block of time on your calendar. You will see at a glance if it is a daily, weekly,

or yearly task. You will see if you have enough time to

accomplish all the tasks.
