To whom it may Concern, Yasir Hassan Orakzai was offered a job position in Halcrow - A CH2M Hill company in June 2012 and he was on employed on our team from July 2nd, 2012 to October 31st, 2013 as Senior Design Engineer. Since then Yasir has worked on a variety of projects that mainly involved designing of water, waste water and solid waste management facilities. Yasir did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during his tenure with the office. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. Mainly he covered for Design Manager responsibilities on MSP (Municipal Services Programme) Peshawar Project funded by USAID. He worked as the main focal point of this project and managed the production of design and tender documentations. Handling the review and approval of internal and external produced documents, he made sure that the final product was in accordance to project requirement and company standards. Yasir was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other government organizations. He chose to move ahead with his professional career in Australia and I wish he finds the success that he deserves.
