While at this camp where they got the gas, about fifteen R.C.A.s.c. vehicles of another Canadian wonvoy passed, and the two of our men followed them. Soon, however, these trucks stopped, and our t wo pilgrL~ found that the drivers !Of these vehicles were also lost. Q,uinlan and Ernst then left the R.C • .A.s.c. ve:ijicles and soon came to another R.C.M.P., v\rb.o , didn't know anythdmg useful; but he had a movement table from which Sjt. Quinlan learned that

R. who directed them to the West N. s. R. area. They- brought their wanderings to a close about 2100 hrs, when they reached H. Q,. Coy of our Bn "~Ni th both stomachs and gas tanlcs very empty.
