Biography

Traditional prospecting concepts are based on the idea that geological information is the most effective basis for search and detection of mineral deposits. Despite the fact that geological data is highly probabilistic and has inherent problems in its very nature.

Consequently, the functional relationships between geological parameters and the location of mineral deposits are very complex and multivariant.

However, despite the difficulties that arise, because of data limitations and the complexity of their interpretation, it is believed that establishing links between geological parameters and distribution of mineral accumulations will for long be the basis of prospecting strategy.

This is to the great extent due to cause-and-effect relationship, between geological conditions and distribution of mineral concentrations within our planet.

Introduction

Page 5: To the attention of Mr. Patrick Spink Strictly private and confidential September 2012.

In due course, there has been a further development of geological prospecting concept, leading to significant progress in understanding the laws of locations and distributions of mineral deposits.

Recognizing the importance of evolution and achievements of traditional geological prospecting concept, we believe it is indeed a preliminary preparation for the upcoming present and future achievements.

Subsequently, we would like to draw your attention to the technological advancement, that is based on two novel natural laws and more then dozen of improved and newly introduced techniques in prospecting geology.

Systemic Target Oriented Prognosis Technology has been tested, improved and updated for almost past 30 years. Colossal efficient improvement of factors, such as time necessary to assess concessions and success rate of detecting mineral deposits, has been accomplished.

Technology – METHODOLOGICAL BASE

Page 6: To the attention of Mr. Patrick Spink Strictly private and confidential September 2012.

First natural law discovered by Professor Pakhomov is the law between two parameters, namely density and magnetic permeability of rock formations. Using Kendall rank correlation, It has been proven, that there is a positive relationship between density and magnetic permeability for all types of rock formations.

Applying this law to gravity and magnetic fields produces significant insight and advance in prospecting geological methodology. Considering the fact, that gravitational field is a reflection of density inhomogeneities and magnetic field is a reflection of magnetic inhomogeneities.

Taking the above into account, Professor Pakhomov established correlational relationship between gravity and magnetic fields. Namely Fractal coefficient, it measures strength and direction of relationship of gravity and magnetic fields, that can have positive or negative values. For instance, it has been proven that value of fractal coefficient is positive for all types of rock formations, underlying positive relationship of gravity and magnetic fields, and negative for potential oil bearing bodies.

Capability to process and objectively interpret gravity and magnetic data allows to assess private concessions and vast territories, such as whole countries, efficiently and in relatively short time.

Systemic Target Oriented Prognosis Technology can be applied for prospecting of oil, gas, diamonds and wide range of ore minerals. Practical applications of this technology has confirmed significant levels of efficiency with success rate above eighty percent.

Technology – LAWS OF NATURE

Page 7: To the attention of Mr. Patrick Spink Strictly private and confidential September 2012.

Second natural law discovered by Professor V.I. Pakhomov is the law of purposeful evolution of substance in the Earth's crust.

The formation of mineral deposits relates to the evolution of substances in the Earth's crust, characterized by the movement of the vast mass of substance, which, in turn, testifies the colossal energy outlays for this process.

In general, the result of the movement of energy in the Earth's crust are the processes of differentiation and concentration of the substance.

Consequently, the degree of diversity of a substance and ordered accumulation of a substance, represented in the substance itself, as well as in the properties of a substance, can be used for potential evaluation and assessment of territories.

Technology – LAWS OF NATURE …

Page 8: To the attention of Mr. Patrick Spink Strictly private and confidential September 2012.

The Potential ‘existence’ of ore or hydrocarbon in this case is estimated by selecting areas with maximum energy and mass transfer parameters, characterized by maximum differentiation and concentration of the substance. This, essentially, is the evaluation of the complexity of a substance using fractal mathematics.

This approach is based on developed indicators of the evolution of a substance, taking into account any objective information.

Objective information are satellite image analysis as well as gravity and magnetic surveys of different scales. Availability of this data enables timely, efficiently and without substantial expenditures assess any given territory.

Accordingly, complete and detailed complex of satellite and gravity and magnetic data analysis enables one to locate potential mineral or hydrocarbon bearing areas within a few hundred square meters.
