Fill in the online application form 14 clear days after the conference

The duration of whole conference including pre/post trip has to be within 7 days

Weekends and Public holiday are INCLUDED in the counting for the 14 days

NO Late application will be entertained

Confirmation Letter of the conference for participation

The receipt of conference delegate fees

7-day round-trip air ticket

Two photos inside conference with the conference logo
