Starting: Steps 1 & 21. Select Replacement TireChoose adequate tire height to prevent wheelbarrow from dragging

805-530-65962. Remove Old Tire Locate wheel nut and remove pinPut pin to one side and do not lose itA crowbar can help gently remove tire

3. Remove Rim from the TireRelease air from tire to make removing rim easierIf difficulty arises, use screwdriver or Overstock Wheels tire iron set to lift tire away from rim

*If you are replacing the whole wheel, move on to Step 8.

Steps 4 & 54. Use Dish SoapBefore putting on new tire use dish soap to lube tire beads (the edge of atirethat sits on therim) before putting on new tire

*Note: If Installing an Inner TubePlace inner tube inside tireMake sure the valve system is properly placed

Steps 6 & 76. Reconnect Tire with RimWork the other side of tire bead using tire iron set until tire is completely on rim

Steps 8 10 (For replacing the whole wheel)8. Center New TireSome wheelbarrows have spacers that hold the tire in its proper position

9. Replace Pin in the Wheel Nut10. Check Tire for Sturdiness
