It's a raising venture capital process that allows you to finance your Startup offering shares in exchange for investments. Only innovative Startups can use the equity crowdfunding, no matter their productive sector. You set the value (and category) of this shares, at a fixed price. Investors become shareholders of Startups, and grant a tax deductions, which may vary depending on the investment. Fundraising limit is set to 5 Milion € per campaign.
