7 Ways Tilt is Different from Other Assessments
1. Tilt contains all the same information as the most comprehensive tools (eg, leadership circle 360), in a more memorable visual. Information is chunked for better absorption. The user is primed first for feedback with the personality tool, before inviting 360 multi-rater responses
2. Multi-rater 360 input provides written feedback constrained to ensure rater language is constructive, minimizing drama
