    1. Tng quan

    Polypropylen l mt loi polyme, l sn phm ca phn ng trng hp Propylen. Cng thc phn t: (C3H6)xT trong: PP v nh hnh l 0,85 g/cm3;PP tinh th l 0,96 g/cm3. gin di l 250 700%; bn ko di l 30 40 N/mm2.PP c ngha trong k thut khi c phn t lng t 80000 -200000 vC im nng chy: -165oCCng thc cu to:

    2.1: Tnh cht v nhit

    t0nc = 160 - 1700C. Nu khng c tc dng ti trng t bn ngoi th cc sn phm ca PP c th gi nguyn dng ti 1500C PP chu lnh km( -5 -150C b gin ) Khong nhit lm vic thch hp ca PP (-5 400C)

    2.2: Tnh cht ha hc

    Vi nhit bnh thng PP khng tan trong cc dung mi, n ch trng n trong cacbua thm hoc cacbua c clorua ha.

    Nhng nhit trn 80oC th PP bt u tan trong hai loi dung mi trn . PP hu nh khng tan trong du thc vt.

  • IV. Polyvinyl clorua (PVC)

    Polivinyclorua l mt loi nha tng hp bng cch trng hp vinylclorua monome (MVC)

    Hin nay PVC l loi nha nhit do c sn xut v tiu th nhiu th 3 trn th gii( sau polyetylen-PE v polypropylen-PP).

    (PTFE - polytetrafluroethylene (-CF2-CF2-)n)
