Lifetime Warranty The cookware you have invested in is warranted against defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the cookware. All electrical components and the Kitchen Kutter are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The original purchase will be registered as proof of purchase in the corporate database. Any heir to the cookware must provide a copy of the original purchase for replacement. If cookware is damaged or destroyed by abuse, accident, fire, natural disaster, or theft, all original purchases may be replaced at 50% of the retail price at the time of replacement. A police and/or fire report as well as a letter of explanation must be submitted. THE MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DETECTIVE PRODUCTS AT THE MANUFACTURER’S SOLE DISCRETION.
