Canopy Zip-line Tour, Aerial Challenge Course, Segway Excursions, Miniature Golf, Disc Golf and Clipper Ship chairlift rides was created.

A Big Airbag Jump and Climbing Wall Tower and the Beck Brook Mining Sluice were added in 2014.

Landscape Features and Elements • At the northern end of a 30,000-acre continuously forested area in

southwest New Hampshire.

• One of the three largest contiguous forests in southwest New Hampshire that are not bisected or fragmented by roads.

• The mountain's base elevation is at 1,230 feet (370 m) The summit is at 2,743 feet (836 m), The vertical drop is 1,513 feet (461 m).

• Mount Sunapee Resort has three lodges, the Spruce Lodge, the Base Lodge and the Summit Lodge.

• Receives about 100 inches (250 cm) of snow each year

• Toward the base and mid-slopes of Mount Sunapee, there is a northern hardwood forest (sugar maple, American beech, and yellow birch)

• Have a deeper understanding of different landscapes of the two case studies.

• Learnt the history of the chosen theme parks.

• Understand the importance of location and accessibility.

• Are able to obtain data and information from multiple references.

• Found information on different aspects of the case study, e.g. Characteristics, Landscape Features, Activities and etc.

Conclusion

Adventure theme parks are theme parks that provide more active and adventurous activities that requires less machinery,

and more interactions with nature.
