Potential for change Long term engagement & money

Traditional recruitment methods don’t work for special publics
Looking forward?
• The Enter! Project has been an experiment • Many achievements that
can be built upon • But, many shortcomings
that might have been avoided
Getting real, getting back to basics …• Engage the national level more actively
in the development of pilot schemes for in-country implementation
• Think and work broadly across the policy spectrum rather than focusing too specifically on youth policy
• Identify where the power to change something actually lies; work with those stakeholders
Getting real, getting back to basics …• Take stock of the possibilities afforded
by the instruments available and develop actions realistically
• Reconsider the language used in communicating the project and its effect on those with the power to change something
• Concentrate on core competencies, innovate within and through educational interventions
